I HAVE SAT WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW...
I had decided to become a personal trainer very early on in my fitness journey. I want to share my passion for fitness with as many people as possible and show that fitness does not need to be treated like a burden.
I know life-changing results are a cliche however it is no understatement that this lifestyle change transformed my life - Why can’t it change yours too?
Being unconfident in your body and lacking self-confidence is a horrible place to be; I know how it feels. Combining this alongside a lack of direction in regards to where to start can be overwhelming.

I haven’t been in shape my whole life.

I have sat in your position right now.

Chronically low in confidence as a result of poor body image, desperate to myself again.

This is the reason why I am a coach. I understand the emotions attached to a physical appearance and as a result, I now strive to empower and enrich the lives of numerous individuals.

If not you then who?

If not now then when?

MY STORY
My fitness journey began 6 years ago, I was an underweight teenager suffering from low self-confidence. Despite playing high-level football and competing in international tournaments, I was self-conscious due to my body weight and lack of muscle.

Weight training transformed my life and I fell in love with the process - training and researching.

I began Personal Training by helping friends transform their physiques and their performance.

This led to me establishing my own business at age 18 and I love every minute as a coach. The power of being able to enrich clients’ lives not just physically but mentally as well is the most important aspect, transforming hundreds of lives worldwide.
